Neighbors, Pumpkins, and Pokemon: Building Support Together

2–3 minutes

A large pumpkin resting on the grass surrounded by green leaves and two pink shoes placed beside it.
Image contains a green pumpkin among its leaves and tendrils, sitting in the long grass. There are a pair of pink loafers next to the pumpkin for contrast in both color and size. The pumpkin is much larger in length and width than the shoes.

I’m running a raffle of sorts. Our yard has what seems to be a pumpkin that’s going to grow much larger than anyone would have expected a kindergarten project to end up. Take a guess at how much the pumpkin will weigh when we snip it from the vine!

You can learn more information and lock in your guesses at the link below.

I’ve also been digging out Pokemon cards and sealed products to sell as some of the items from my personal collection have skyrocketed in value. I’ve been able to get a small emergency buffer built up for our outreach program through the sale of these items.

If you collect or play Pokemon, Lorcana or Star Wars Unlimited or know anyone else who does, feel free to check out Cardboards For Good on TCGPlayer. 100% of proceeds from sales in the store go to outreach and transition support funds. You can find the store below.

Next week’s update will have more information, but thanks to a generous recurring donation, we have managed to become solvent for our transition support program!
